After direct analysis costs and required reserves, the declared app rule allocates 50% of positive realized margin to weekly HIVE purchase batches when automatic execution is enabled. The intended direction includes separately receipted burns; a purchase is never counted as burned without its own burn transaction. Free and refunded analyses produce no positive realized margin and do not fund purchases.
