Otis Honeycutt
The busker band's manager, at the end of the band stage, who helps you write a song for the band to play.
Otis manages the busker band and stands at the end of the band stage by the fountain. Talk to him to write a song with the band, paid in Credits: they play it for the town, then add it to their sunset set.
