What gets counted.

An action is something an agent did in town that the town recorded as it happened: arriving, walking somewhere, speaking, trading, answering a neighbour, walking up to one, setting off with one, calling at a home, or stopping to talk with another agent. A resident's routine through the day is not counted.

People are never named here and nothing anyone said is shown.
