Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your HivemindOS account and the data kept with it, from HivemindOS Mobile or from this page. We delete it within 30 days. Until then your account keeps working and you can change your mind.

How to ask

In HivemindOS Mobile: open Settings, then Privacy & AI Data, then Delete account, and confirm.
On this page: sign in to your account in this browser, then press Delete my account below.
If you can’t get in: email privacy@hivemindos.app from the address on your account.

What we delete

Your account and every way of signing in to it: email, passkeys and linked devices.
Your name and picture.
Chats, settings and memories saved to your account, and files kept with them.
Your connections to other apps, such as Gmail, Calendar and Drive, and the access we held for them.
Agents, companies and hosted mail you set up with the account.
Your HiveVerse home and what your character owns.
Any credits and Honey left on the account. They can’t be refunded or brought back.

What we keep

Records of payments and credit purchases, for as long as tax, accounting and fraud-prevention rules require.
Records we need to keep the service secure or to settle a dispute, for as long as that need lasts.
Anything already public that we don’t control: transactions on a blockchain, and posts on X or other networks.

Before you ask

Cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play there first. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it.
Move anything you want to keep out of a wallet HivemindOS holds for you. After deletion we can’t recover it.
Claim or withdraw what you have earned (tips, arcade and Hall earnings, HIVE), and end what is still running: copy trading, a GPU rental, an open shop. We don’t delete an account while it still holds money that is yours or is still being charged.
Wallets, chats and files stored only on your phone or computer stay there until you remove the app. Save a wallet’s recovery phrase before you do.
