Decorating and the home designer
Place, drag and turn furniture, paper the walls, tidy up in one press and design a room from a few words.
Press Decorate in your home to place, drag and turn pieces and choose walls and floors. A new home starts with a bed, a desk, a plant and a rug, and the Mayor gives you two more pieces on his first visit.
- Tidy up puts a room in order in one press, and learns how you like things.
- Describe a room in a few words and the designer lays it out.
- Cupboards open and hold things, and you can lie down on beds.
Furniture comes from The Shop, from the home designer's catalogue (many pieces are free, the rest cost credits or Nectar) and from The Fabric Shop for walls and floors. See Shops and the catalogue.
