Drop in a batch of photos. Each gets a short title and 12 to 25 keywords drawn from what is in it, and the batch downloads as the CSV the Adobe Stock Contributor portal reads beside your uploads.

About Adobe Stock Keyword Generator
Adobe Stock metadata for a whole batch, in one file
Adobe Stock matches a CSV to your uploads by file name and fills in each photo's title, keywords and category from it. Photo Keyworder writes that file: a title without commas, keywords grounded in what the photo shows, and a category suggested from the scene, all of which you can change before you download.
What goes in the Adobe Stock file
Five columnsFilename, Title, Keywords, Category and Releases, in the order of Adobe Stock's own template. Releases is left empty for you.
TitleUp to 70 characters, with no commas. A longer one is shortened at a word, and the photo is named so you can check it.
KeywordsUp to 49, comma separated. Adobe Stock weighs the first ten most in search, so move the words a buyer would type to the front.
CategoryAdobe Stock's category number, suggested from the scene: 13 for people, 7 for food, 21 for travel. Change it on any photo.
File namesThe portal matches names of up to 30 characters, extension included. A longer name is flagged so you can rename the photo first.
How it works
Drop in up to 50 JPEG, PNG or WebP photos, and add context such as the event or place if it helps.
Read each photo's title, keywords and suggested category, edit anything, and put the strongest keywords first.
Download the Adobe Stock CSV and upload it in the Contributor portal after the photos themselves.

Questions
How many keywords can a photo have on Adobe Stock?
Adobe Stock's keywording guides allow 49 and its CSV page says 50, so the file never holds more than 49. Photo Keyworder writes 12 to 25 that match what is in the photo, and you can add your own up to the limit.
Why do the first ten keywords matter?
Adobe Stock gives its first ten keywords the most weight when it ranks a photo in search. Lead with what a buyer would type, the subject and the action, and leave mood and general words for the end.
How does the CSV reach Adobe Stock?
Upload the photos to the Contributor portal first, keeping their file names. Then use Upload CSV in the portal and pick the downloaded file: each row lands on the photo with the same name, ready to check and submit.
Are my photos kept or changed?
Neither. A small copy is made in your browser only to be read, and it is not stored. Your originals and their names stay exactly as they are, which is what lets the portal match each row.
What does a batch cost?
You pay for each photo that comes back finished, and nothing for one that fails. The most the batch can cost is shown before you start.
